If items have key ingredients that do not reflect local/regional agriculture (i.e. avocado, citrus, tropical fruits/seeds/nuts, chocolate, items originating in Europe, Asia, etc.) you will be asked to amend these recipes prior to approval. Preference will be given to products sourced from other GCM vendors.
